A manufacturer's helpline number is always a savior to a consumer.

I once purchased a very expensive stereo. I had received a bonus from my company after a full week of hard work and I wanted to do something good for myself. After taking my stereo home, I did not have time to set it up because I still had so much to do in the office. It had to wait a few more days up to the weekend for me to fix it. When the weekend came, I could not wait to enjoy my music collection in my new stereo, only to realize that the stereo was faulty. Before thinking of taking it back to the retailer, I looked for The Helpline number in the stereos package. I called the number immediately and explained to them what the matter was. I was told to wait for an hour, after which the manufacturer send his team to pick up the stereo from my house and take it for repair. Thy brought it back the same day and up to date, I have not had any problems with the stereo.
