Be well versed with the services to avoid further loss

To be an expert in any field that you major on as a way of earning your daily bread, you have to offer genuine and acceptable services for you to maintain customers. If you are a technician or an electrician for instance, you are required to master how the appliances that you operate on work, be it the old ones or the new ones. You cannot be contented with knowing one side and ignoring the other because all of them may be important and therefore need equal attention. If at all you are required to do connections from old ipod to new itunes, you have to be well versed with both the old ipod and the new itunes for the connection to be a success. And if you are not able to do so, you may loose the title of an expert because you will not have gained any trust with the customer who appointed you for that particular job. This means that the only safe way is to be well acquainted with all the services before losing trust in your customers.
