Not all garages are built alike. Some garages are built so narrow there is just enough space to park in your car. Now you are perplexed with what to do with all the junk that you intend to keep in your garage. Well, you can always have a garage sale or donate to a charitable institution all those things that you no longer need. For the items you still intend to keep the garage still seems like the best place to store it in.
One way to maximize your garage storage space is to utilize the space above your floor up to the ceiling. Instead of piling boxes on the floor why not install overhead storage racks. You’ll be amazed on how much available space you still have and you can fill it up with stuff up to your rafters. You can mount shelves and cabinets on the garage wall and you will still have some floor space for you to freely move about in.
