Alexi&rsquos parents are planning to have their annual family reunion in the coming month. Some of their relatives are in other countries like Japan, Korea, United and Kingdom, Canada and the United States. He keeps in touch with them through Facebook. He often chats with his cousins and sometimes with his aunts and uncles in the social networking site. His relatives own a chain of restaurants in the countries mentioned. When his father made plans about the reunion, Alexi was assigned to be part of the communications team &ndash he was one of the very few people assigned to send sets of information to their relatives abroad about the reunion that was happening next month. He thought of an easier solution and suggested this one: facebook create event option. His father asked him what is was and he answered the question that with this option they will be able to tag everyone who is in facebook the event option has the date, time and venue of the reunion. After opening his suggestion, Alexi&rsquos father, agreed to use the event option in facebook given that he still would send emails as part of the back-up plan. Now, the action begins!
