Various problems with my new office suite

I have just installed office 2010 and so far it is great. I am having a lot of trouble with it crashing on me though. I have asked online about any Microsoft Office Issues they are aware of but no one could really suggest anything. It is never the same problem though, sometimes it will just quit out on me and other times it locks up. I am not 100% sure though that it is office doing this and not my computer but in saying that i do not really have any other issues with other programs and stuff. I have tried a re-install of the package which took forever but this did not seem to help really. It did for a short while but i still get the same issues. They are random though which again makes me think it is the computer and not office. I suppose the only way i will know is installing it on antoher machine. I did not really want to buy a new system yet because this one is not that old really it is just a bit slow sometimes.
